The referral fee: 8%-45% by category
Amazon charges a referral fee as a percentage of the total sale price - that means the item price plus shipping plus gift wrap, not just the item. Most categories are 15%, but the range runs from 8% to 45%.

FBA fulfillment fees: $3.18-$7+ per standard unit
If you use Fulfilled by Amazon, you pay a per-unit fulfillment fee on top of the referral fee. In 2026 these are roughly:
